AnxietyAccording to the Anxiety Disorders Association of Canada, 25% of Canadians will have at least one anxiety disorder in their lifetime.

What to expectTreatment begins with assessing what areas in your life are you most affected by anxiety; socially, in a general way, panicky or compulsive and to what degree?
