What to expect
We begin slowly with understanding depression as an illness, then move onto negative thoughts and finally how beliefs and behaviours may be contributing to your low mood. Treatment includes making small incremental changes in areas of our lives such as understanding our motivations, getting a better nights sleep, resolving past hurts and learning to be more compassionate to oneself.
